FOR PLANNING AND\nADVOCACY CONSULTING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Ratify Professional Services Agreement and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute\na First Amendment with D.B. Neish, Inc. for Planning and Advocacy Representation Consulting\nServices; and\n2) Authorize the budget adjustment detailed in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.
