Professional Services Agreements for On-Call Construction\nManagement and Inspection Services (Continued from\nApril 16, 2024 Council Meeting) Fiscal Impact: Expense:\n$3,000,000 Total Cumulative Contract Not-to-Exceed\nAmount for a total of Six (6) On-Call Contracts Revenue:\nVarious CIP Project Budgets\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nInfrastructure Engineers, a Bowman company, for\nprofessional consulting services to provide\nconstruction management and inspection services for\na term of three (3) years with one (1) two-year term\nextension based upon performance and at the\ndiscretion of the City, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$500,000; and\n2) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Berg\n& Associates, Inc. for professional consulting services\nto provide construction management and inspection\nservices for a term of three (3) years with one (1)\ntwo-year term extension based upon performance and\nat the discretion of the City, in an amount not-to-\nexceed $500,000; and\n3) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nArdurra Group, Inc., for professional consulting\nservices to provide on-call professional construction\nmanagement and inspection services for a term of\nthree (3) years with one (1) two-year term extension\nbased upon performance and at the discretion of the\nCity, in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000; and\n4) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nTotum corp. for professional consulting services to\nprovide on-call professional construction management\nand inspection services for a term of three (3) years\nwith one (1) two-year term extension based upon\nperformance and at the discretion of the City, in an\namount not-to-exceed $500,000; and\n5) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Z&K\nConsultants, Inc., for professional consulting services\nto provide on-call professional construction\nmanagement and inspection services for a term of\nthree (3) years with one (1) two-year term extension\nbased upon performance and at the discretion of the\nCity, in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000; and\n6) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with NV5,\nInc., for professional consulting services to provide\non-call professional construction management and\ninspection services for a term of three (3) years with\none (1) two-year term extension based upon\nperformance and at the discretion of the City, in an\namount not-to-exceed $500,000; and\n7) Authorize the City Administrator to approve any\ncontract term extensions based upon consultant\nperformance and amendments up to 10% of the\nindividual contract not-to-exceed amounts, or\n$50,000; and\n8) Authorize the City Administrator to execute the\nabove-mentioned Professional Services Agreements,\nin forms approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nBowman Infrastructure Agreement\nBerg & Associates Agreement\nArdurra Agreement\nTotum Corp Agreement\nZ&K Consultants, Inc.
