11. APPROVAL OF TREE TRIMMING CONTRACT WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve Staff’s recommendation to use cooperative purchasing, utilizing the City of Norco’s\ncompetitive bid process for tree maintenance services; and,\n2) Award a five-year contract to West Coast Arborists for tree maintenance; and,\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement.
