I. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY\nCOUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS APPROVING A PROPORTIONAL SHARE OF\nTHE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES RELATED TO THE 2018-2023\nMEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,599.32 FOR\nVARIOUS STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS [RESOLUTION NO.\n24-23]\nThe 2018-2023 Memorandum of Agreement between the San Gabriel Valley\nCouncil of Government (SGVCOG) and the City, intended for administration and\ncost sharing in the implementation of monitoring programs, exceeded the\noriginal scope of work. The City’s proportional overage share is $8,599.32. In\norder to reconcile these overages, the SCVCOG will enter into a new agreement\nwith the City to facilitate payment collection.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 24-23 to\nappropriate $8,599.32 from the Safe, Clean Water Program (Measure W) fund\nto the Stormwater Contractual account 138-800-03-22-000, authorize the City\nManager to execute the Memorandum of Agreement with the San Gabriel\nValley Council of Governments, and approve a purchase order in the amount\nof $8,599.32 using account number 138-800-03-22-000.
