12.7 Consideration and Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Crime Analysis\nServices for the Police Department.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement with Cynthia Haebe-Crime\nAnalyst DBA Insight Analytics for Crime Analysis and Information Systems Automation\nservices in an amount not-to-exceed $80,000 using Asset Forfeiture Funds;\n2. Consider and approve Cynthia Haebe-Crime Analyst DBA Insight Analytics, as a sole\nsource vendor;\n3. Consider and approve the continued contractual services between July 1, 2024 and June\n30, 2026; and\n4.
