9. CONSIDERATION OF A NEW GROUND LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA\nFE SPRINGS AND THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE FOR THE REAL\nPROPERTY LOCATED AT 11760 TELEGRAPH ROAD, SANTA FE SPRINGS,\nCALIFORNIA 90670 (PLANNING)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the new Ground Lease Agreement between the City of Santa Fe\nSprings (Landlord) and the United States Postal Service (Tenant) for the real\nproperty at 11760 Telegraph Road, Santa Fe Springs, California 90670; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor or designee to execute the New Ground Lease Agreement.\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a\nCouncilmember wishes to discuss should be designated at this time. All other items may\nbe approved in a single motion.
