2. Required public hearing for amendments to the Annual Action Plans for Fiscal Years\n2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 to\nreallocate HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funding to a Community Housing\nDevelopment Organization (CHDO) project in accordance with United States\nDepartment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines and the City’s\nCitizen Participation Plan\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen, public and agency comments\nregarding the Substantial Amendments to the Annual Action Plans for Fiscal Years\n2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024;\n(2) Approve Resolution No. 24-034 - Adopting a Substantial Amendment to the\nAnnual Action Plans for Fiscal Years 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2021-\n2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 to reallocate Community Housing Development\nOrganization funding, and amending the City of Victorville’s annual budget for Fiscal\nYear 2023-2024 to reflect additional revenue and expenditures in the amount of\n$491,759; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents for submittal to\nUnited States Department of Housing and Urban Development.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
