Approval of Agreement with David Evans & Associates, Inc. for Professional\nServices and Data Collection\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve a Consultant / Professional Services Provider Agreement with David\nEvans & Associates, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for performing\nsewer feasibility studies and general sewer assistance; and\n(2) Approve a Purchase Order for data collection in an amount not to exceed\n$5,600.00 for conducting after project completion counts for the 2019 Safe Routes\nto Schools project.
