AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT\nMODIFICATION WITH HARRIS AND ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$650,434 FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE\nPARKER PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND PROVIDE\nAUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE FUTURE CONTRACT\nMODIFICATIONS AND CHANGE ORDERS RELATED TO THE PROJECT\nWITHIN THE COUNCIL APPROVED PROJECT BUDGET\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract modification\nwith Harris and Associates in the amount of $650,434 for construction management\nservices for the Parker Pump Station Replacement Project and provide authority to\nthe City Manager to execute future contract modifications and change orders related\nto the project within the Council approved project budget.
