Resolution No. 24-23 – Public Nuisance Abatement Process: Recovery of City\nacquired costs for nuisance abatement work performed at a Vacant Parcel,\nidentified as Assessor Parcel No. (APN: 8722-028-037)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3. Close the Public Hearing; and\n4. Adopt Resolution No. 24-23 confirming the “Statement of Costs” report for\nthe public nuisance abatement work performed at Vacant Parcel identified as\nAssessor Parcel No. 8722-028-037; and\n5. Appropriate $6,866 from the General Fund into account 01-5002-6227 to\ncover the upfront labor costs, as outlined within the “Statement of Costs”\nreport.\n5. Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3. Solicit Public Input on this Item;\n4. Close the Public Hearing; and\n5.
