City Council: Adoption of the following resolutions for the Oceanside Lighting District, Assessment\nDistrict No. 2-1991 so as to initiate the proceedings for the renewal thereof by: 1) directing the\nCity Engineer to prepare an Engineer’s Report; 2) approving the Engineer’s Report as prepared or\nmodified; 3) declaring the intent to levy and collect assessments for FY 2024-25 and setting a\npublic hearing for June 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers regarding the proposed\nassessments\n3
