City Council: Adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Section 2.10(q)(1) and Section 2.10\n(r) and Chapter 28A of the Oceanside City Code to increase the City Manager’s purchasing authority\nfrom $50,000 up to $100,000, increase the City Manager’s signing authority for change orders from\n10% or $10,000 to 10% or $20,000, require formal bidding procedures for purchases of $100,000\nor more, and permit the acceptance of electronic bids though the use of on-line bid boards\n(Introduced on April 24, 2024, 5-0)
