H. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24B082 WITH ONYX PAVING\nCOMPANY, INC. FOR ON-CALL ASPHALT REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 24B082 with Onyx Paving Company, Inc. to\nprovide on-call asphalt repair and replacement services in an amount not to exceed\n$900,000 for the initial three-year term beginning May 13, 2024, through May 12,\n2027, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion; and\n2.
