REQUEST BY THE OWNERS OF TWO HISTORIC PROPERTIES FOR APPROVAL OF\nMILLS ACT HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENTS FOR A\nCONDOMINIUM IN THE VILLA ROMA GARDEN HOMES HISTORIC DISTRICT (HD-10)\nLOCATED AT 2558 SOUTH SIERRA MADRE, AND FOR A CONDOMINIUM LOCATED IN\nTHE SANDCLIFF GARDEN APARTMENT HOMES HISTORIC DISTRICT (HD-5)\nLOCATED AT 1832 SOUTH BARONA ROAD.\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Mills Act Historic Property Preservation Agreement between the City of\nPalm Springs and the owners of the following properties:\n1. A. 2558 S. Sierra Madre (The Villa Roma Garden Homes), APN: 512-120-057.\n2. B. 1832 S. Barona Road (Sandcliff Garden Apartment Homes), APN: 510-040-\n028-8.\n2.
