APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR YEAR 2 OF THE ANNUAL\nSIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT NO. 23-9272\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council accept Year 2 of the\nMulti-Year Sidewalk Replacement Program as complete and authorize the City Clerk\nto file the Notice of Completion. If the City Council concurs, an appropriate motion\nwould be:\n“I move to accept Year 2 of the Multi-Year Sidewalk Replacement Program Project\nNo. 23-9272 performed by CJ Concrete Construction, Inc., as complete, and\nauthorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.”
