26. EARLY FEBRUARY 2024 STORM DAMAGE PAVEMENT REPAIR PROJECT\n– AWARD OF CONTRACT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Award the early February 2024 storm damage pavement repair project\nconstruction contract to C.T.I. DBA Lindy’s Cold Planing in the estimated\namount of $78,081; AND\nB. Authorize a contingency for this project in the amount of 15% or\n$11,712.15; AND\nC. Authorize the Finance Manager to amend the FY 2023-24 budget to\nincrease account number 101-450PWD-6850 by $89,793.15; AND\nD.
