15. HACIENDA ROAD SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - AWARD OF\nCONTRACT TO CROSSTOWN ELECTRICAL & DATA, INC\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Award the Hacienda Road Safety Improvement Project construction\ncontract to Crosstown Electrical & Data in the amount of $946,487.00\nB. Authorize a contingency for the project in the amount of 15%;\nC. Award the Construction Management and Inspection contact to NV5 in\nthe amount of $84,448.00;\nD. Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the contracts in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
