RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES ON CITY BANKING ACCOUNTS AND\nRELATED BANKING DOCUMENTS – F2M23-17, R2M24-19\nChanges in staffing in the Finance Department necessitates a change in signatory\nauthority for City bank accounts. The bank requires action from the City Council\ndocumenting approval of these changes. Currently, the City Manager and Finance\nDirector have signatory authority. By adopting the proposed resolution, the City Manager,\nFinance Director and Assistant Finance Director will have signatory authority on the City\nof Alhambra’s bank accounts and related banking documentation.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Resolution No. R2M24-19 entitled: A\nResolution of the Alhambra City Council authorizing signatories on City bank accounts\nand related banking documents
