Authorize the City Manager and Chief of Police to\nexecute a Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Orange, Sheriff’s\nDepartment accepting the 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in\nthe amount of $102,441, subject to non­substantive changes approved by the City\nManager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023­XXX).\n2. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $102,441 in the Law\nEnforcement Grants revenue account and appropriate same to the Byrne Justice\nAssistance expenditure accounts.
