5C. PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY\nLOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ARTESIA BOULEVARD AND\nBOTRYOIDES AVENUE\nConsideration of a Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell city-owned land for the\ndevelopment of a multi-tenant commercial center and electric vehicle charging\nfacility at 7232, 7236, 7242 Artesia Boulevard and 6011 Botryoides Avenue.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement with\nAtwater EVV, LLC, for the sale of the Property; 2) Find the transaction\nexempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15332, 15315 and 15311 and\nauthorize staff to file a notice of exemption; 3) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the\nagreement; and, 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the\nagreement and take various actions in connection therewith.
