5A. RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND APPROVAL OF\nCONTRACT WITH R.J. NOBLE COMPANY FOR THE 2023-2024 ANNUAL\nPAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the plans and\nspecifications for the 2023-2024 Annual Pavement Rehabilitation Project; 2)\nAward a contract to R.J. Noble Company in the amount of $1,363,330; 3)\nAuthorize contingency funds in the amount of $140,000 in the same\npurchase order; 4) Authorize construction engineering in the amount of\n$30,000; 5) Authorize the purchase of manhole lids in the amount of\n$30,745; 6) Authorize a purchase order for the Solis Group in the amount of\n$4,860 for administration of the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA); 7)\nAuthorize contingency funds in the amount of $1,620 for the CWA\nadministration; 8) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the contract; and, 9) Authorize the City\nManager and City Clerk to execute the contract.
