CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED MAY 14, 2024\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget.\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· City Manager has reviewed and approved each amendment for\nstreamlined processing.\nThere is one contract amendment being presented for City Council\nconsideration are as follows:\nJohn L Hunter & Associates - Professional environmental engineering consulting\nservices to administer the City’s Industrial Waste Program and state-mandated\nstormwater quality programs. The proposed second amendment would extend\nthe term for an additional 3 years. There is no proposed change to the\ncompensation.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No.1 Financial Stability: Ensure the City’s long-term financial stability\nand resilience.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated May 14, 2024.\nFiscal Impact:\nFunds have been authorized as part of the adopted 2023-2024 Operating\nBudget.
