RESOLUTION DECLARING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE SIDEWALK\nREPAIR PROJECT PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT WITH\nCJ CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED\nSummary:\nThe Project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to repair and replace sidewalks\nthroughout the community. This Project included approximately 4,653 square\nfeet of damaged sidewalks and driveways along with one new ADA access\nramp, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, and a driveway. CJ\nConstruction Incorporated (CJ) completed work for the Sidewalk Repair Project\n(Project No. 90.24007) to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department and in\naccordance with the project specifications. Staff recommends the City Council\nadopt a resolution declaring final acceptance of the work performed by CJ.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No. 4 Infrastructure: Maintain and improve the City’s physical\ninfrastructure, water system, and recreational spaces.\nRecommendation:\nAdopt a resolution, entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING\nWORK TO BE COMPLETED IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PLAN\nSPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT (PROJECT NO.\n90.24007), IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO\nBETWEEN CJ CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF\nSIGNAL HILL
