Authorize the purchase of one (1) Vactor Paradigm Vacuum Excavator in the\namount of $385,875 from Haaker Equipment company by way of Sourcewell\nContract No. 101221-VTR for sewer vacuums, hydro-excavation, and\nmunicipal pumping equipment; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the purchase\nof the recommended equipment.
