5. School Crossing Safety Enhancements, HSIPL-5351 (044), CIP No. 50112 –\nAward Professional Services Agreement for Design Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to TJKM Transportation\nConsultants to provide design services for the School Crossing Safety\nEnhancements, HSIPL-5351 (044), CIP NO. 50112 for an amount not-to-\nexceed $82,645 and authorize the City manager to execute the agreement\nin a form approved by the City Attorney;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed a $8,300 contingency (approximately\n10% of the total contract amount); and\n3.
