Award a construction contract for an amount not-to-exceed $268,063 to\nAmerican Pipeline Services and authorize the Executive Director to execute\nthe contract in a form approved by the General Counsel;\n5-14-2024 Agenda City Council\n2. Authorize the Executive Director or designee to process change orders, as\nneeded, in an amount not-to-exceed $26,806 (approximately 10% of the total\ncontract amount) for construction contingency; and\n3.
