Mechanical Street Sweeping Services: Award of Contract to Quality Street\nServices, Inc.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council awards a three (3)-year service contract to\nQuality Street Services, Inc., authorizing the Mayor, Town Manager, and\nTown Attorney to sign the Town’s standard professional services\nagreement and related documents, in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$700,000.00 ($233,333.33 annually for three years) for general on-call\nstreet sweeping services.
