Ordinance Granting a 10-Year Franchise to Tesoro SoCal Pipeline Company, LLC\nFollowing the conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council will consider waiving the reading\nin full and introducing an Ordinance granting the renewal of a ten-year Franchise Agreement to\nTesoro SoCal Pipeline Company, LLC., to lay and use pipes, ditches, flumes, conduits and\nappurtenances for transmitting and distributing oil or products thereof, for any and all purposes in,\nalong, across, upon and under the public streets, ways, alleys and places, as the same now or\nmay hereafter exist, within the City of South Gate.
