7. Lease Agreement with Lease Servicing Center, Inc. for two (2) vehicles replacing\nDetective Bureau vehicles in the Police Department\nThe City Council will consider: (PD)\na. Approving a 5-year Lease Agreement with Lease Servicing Center, Inc., dba NCL Government\nCapital ("NCL") for the lease of two (2) 2024 Chevrolet Blazer vehicles to be used as detective\nvehicles for the Police Department in the amount of $24,735 per year for a total amount of\n$124,175, including a $500 closing fee;\nb. Approving lease payments in the amount of $24,735 to be budgeted annually for five (5) years\nin the Asset Seizure Fund starting in Fiscal Year 2023/2024 and including a $500 closing fee in\nFiscal Year 2023/2024; and\nc.
