11. Capital Improvement Program (CIP) carryover appropriations from FY 2022-23 to FY\n2023-24\nThe City Council will consider: (ADMIN SVCS)\na. Approving Capital Improvement Program carryover appropriations of $83,548,471 to provide\ncontinuing funding for the items described in Attachment A; and\nb.
