5.D. Approval of Modification for Contract Extension and Additional Funding for\nParking Data Analytics Management Services with ParkHub\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section\n15061(b)(3) of the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to\nagreement #10806 (CCS) in the amount of $486,948 with ParkHub, for\nparking data analytics management services for the Department of\nTransportation. This will result in a seven-year agreement with a new total\namount not to exceed $1,705,948, with future year funding contingent on\nCouncil budget approval.
