5.B. Award Agreement to Woodard and Curran for Engineering Design Services for\nthe Moss Avenue Pump Station and Santa Monica Urban Runoff Recycling\nFacility Rehabilitation Project\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing\nFacilities) and Section 15302 (Replacement/Reconstruction) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines;\n2. Award RFP #388 to Woodard and Curran for design services for the Moss\nAvenue Pump Station and Santa Monica Urban Runoff Recycling Facility\nRehabilitation Project for the Public Works Department; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with\nWoodard and Curran, in an amount not to exceed $1,525,401 over a 5-year\nperiod, with future year funding contingent on Council budget approval.
