Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #4478 to Global Power Group, Inc. as the primary vendor to\nprovide emergency generator maintenance and repair services at water and\nwastewater treatment facilities; and to Bay City Electric Works as the\nsecondary vendor to provide emergency generator maintenance and repair\nservices at water and wastewater treatment facilities for the Public Works\nDepartment;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with\nGlobal Power Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $350,000 over a five\nyear period, with future funding contingent on Council budget approval; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Bay\nCity Electric Works in an amount not to exceed $250,000 over a five year\nperiod, with the same price, terms and conditions in renewal years two\nthrough four, with future funding contingent on Council budget approval.
