Amendment No. 4 to Professional Services Agreement with CSG Consultants,\nInc. for provision of building inspection, permit technician and plan check and\ninspection services Fiscal Impact: Revenue: $150,000 (102532-4160)\nExpenses: $150,000 (102532-6290)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nCSG Consultants, Inc., to provide professional services as needed related\nto building plan check, building inspection, building permit technician\nstaffing, other building and planning related staffing as needed, and plan\ncheck and inspection services for a term ending June 30, 2024; and\n2) Approve Resolution No. R-2023-10, A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Placentia, California authorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal\nYear 2022-23 in compliance with City Charter of the City of Placentia §§\n1206 and 1209 pertaining to appropriations for actual expenditures; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator to approve up to two (2) additional one-\nyear extensions pursuant to the terms of the subject Amendment No. 4\nto the Professional Services Agreement with CSG; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee to execute the\nnecessary documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAmendment No.4 with CSG\nScope of Work\nCSG Agmt and Amendments\nResolution 2023-10
