Sheriff' s Department Schedule A Amendment for FiscalYear 2024/ 2025 and Amendment No. 3 to\nthe Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Highland and East Valley Water District for\nLaw Enforcement Services for Fiscal Year 2024/ 2025\nRECOMMENDATION: The Finance/ Personnel Subcommittee recommends that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the Mayor to execute the amended Schedule A contract ( FY 2024/ 2025) for Law\nEnforcement Services with the San Bernardino County Sheriff' s Department which\nincludes the addition of one deputy position;\n2) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Highland\nand East Valley Water District for Law Enforcement Services ( FY 2024/ 2025); and\n3) Approve the following budget adjustments: Revenues - General Fund General Government\nProperty Tax Residual Balance 001. 1450. 7075 - $14, 315, Property Tax VLF 001. 1450. 7010\n14, 315, Interest 001. 1450. 8600 - $ 25, 000 and Expenditures - General Fund Police\nDepartment Contract Services Sheriff 001. 2000. 4560 - $ 53, 630.
