ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL UPDATE FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 – 1) Receive\na report on the economic and financial update for the third quarter of fiscal year 2023-24 and provide\ndirection as appropriate; and\n2) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to appropriate $5,200,000 from the\nGeneral Fund to transfer to the Risk Management Fund and to appropriate $5,200,000 from the Risk\nManagement Fund for claims, settlement and reserves costs to the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating\nBudget.
