4.5 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH NIEVES LANDSCAPE, INC.\nFOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Nieves Landscape, Inc. to\nperform landscape maintenance services that renews the agreement for an\nadditional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the\nagreement by $200,000 for a total agreement amount of $890,000; and\n2.
