4.4 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GREAT SCOTT TREE\nSERVICES, INC. FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Great Scott Tree Services, Inc.\nto perform tree maintenance services that renews the agreement for an additional\ntwo-year term, increases the total compensation under the agreement by\n$50,000.00, and amends the contractor compensation rates; and\n2.
