4.6 THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH BEAR ELECTRICAL\nSOLUTIONS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a third amendment to the agreement with Bear Electrical Solutions (BES)\nto perform traffic signal maintenance services that extends the term five years and\nincreases the total compensation under the agreement by $1,000,000 for a total\nagreement amount of $2,309,000; and\n2.
