AGREEMENT - APPROVE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH THE RIVERSIDE\nCOUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT TO FUND THE\nDESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FOR THE SOUTH JOY STREET STORM DRAIN\nPROJECT NO. ST-2024-01, SOUTH VICTORIA AVENUE STORM DRAIN PROJECT NO.\nST-2024-02, AND CORONA DRAIN LINE 9A PROJECT NO. ST-2024-03\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Cooperative Agreements with the Riverside County Flood Control\nand Water Conservation District for the design and construction of South Joy\nStreet Storm Drain Construction Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2024-01 in\nthe amount of $1,430,000, South Victoria Avenue Storm Drain Construction\nCapital Improvement Project No. ST-2024-02 in the amount of $1,430,000, and\nCorona Drain Line 9A Construction Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2024-\n03, in the amount of $3,710,000.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Cooperative\nAgreements with the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation\nDistrict to memorialize the mutual understandings by and between the District\nand the City of Corona with respect to funding, design, construction, inspection,\nownership, operation, and maintenance of the South Joy Street Storm Drain\nProject South Victoria Avenue Storm Drain Project, and Corona Drain Line 9A\nProject.\nc. Authorize a total appropriation and an offsetting revenue increase in the amount\nof $6,570,000 ($1,430,000 for the South Joy Street Storm Drain Construction\nCapital Improvement Project No. ST-2024-01, $1,430,000 for the South Victoria\nAvenue Storm Drain Construction Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2024-02,\nand $3,710,000 for the Corona Drain Line 9A Construction Capital Improvement\nProject No. ST-2024-03) in the Public Works Grants/Agreement Fund 243.\nAgenda
