Award Request for Proposals No. 24-048AT for Bacteriological Laboratory\nWastewater and Potable Water Analysis to Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC, in the\namount of $944,700, for an initial term of July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, with\n5 optional 1-year extensions.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC in the amount of $944,700,\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and\namendments up to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal Code Section\n3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to 10% or $94,470.\nAgenda\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above actions.
