15. BID & PURCHASE - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK TO\nPREPARE A SEWER MASTER PLAN UPDATE AND PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL\nIMPACT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF CORONA\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Dudek to prepare a Sewer\nMaster Plan Update and Program Environmental Impact Report for a term of\napproximately three years, May 15, 2024, through June 30, 2027, in the amount\nof $899,335 and waive any and all minor irregularities in the proposal.\nb. Award Request for Proposal 24-028AT to Dudek to prepare a Sewer Master Plan\nUpdate and its associated Program Environmental Impact Report for the City.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Dudek in the amount of $899,335 including any substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized in Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to\n10% or $89,933.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
