14. AGREEMENT - SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH AKM CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR THE WRCRWA RECLAIMED\nWATERLINE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. UT-2023-01\nThat the City Council :\na. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nAgenda\nAKM Consulting Engineers, to increase the total compensation by $75,000, and\nextend the contract term from April 30, 2024, to June 30, 2024.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second Amendment\nto the Professional Services Agreement with AKM Consulting Engineers for a\ntotal contract amount of $349,914.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue Change Order No. 2 to Purchase Order P22742 to AKM Consulting Engineers, in the amount of $75,000.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to take the above actions
