Approve the proposed second amendment to an agreement with Veronica Tam and\nAssociates, Inc. to provide revisions to the 2021-2029 Housing Element to increase the\namount by $5,000, resulting in a total not-to-exceed amount of $48,880 and extending\nthe term to December 31, 2024 (Attachment 1); and\n2.
