j) REPORT APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH\n24-0216 IK CONSULTING, LLC TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE\nWITH THE ACCELA CIVIC PLATFORM SOFTWARE\n(Building and Code Enforcement Official Guillermo Hobelman and\nCommunity Development Director Carrie Tai)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed third amendment to an agreement with IK Consulting, LLC to\nprovide ongoing technical assistance with the Accela Civic platform to increase the\nnot-to-exceed amount by $30,000, resulting in a total not-to-exceed amount of $59,725\nand extending the term to June 30, 2026 (Attachment 1);\n2. Approve a FY 2024-25 appropriation of $18,000 and a FY 2023-24 appropriation of\n$5,000 from Technology Records Fees reserved in the Equipment Replacement Fund;\nand\n3. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached third\namendment, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
