m) REPORT ADOPT A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO\n24-0213 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR BARD STREET\nELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE\n(Environmental Programs Manager Douglas Krauss)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution granting an easement to Southern California Edison for the Bard\nStreet electric vehicle charging infrastructure (Attachment 1);\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the Grant of\nEasement; and\n3.
