Claimant requested\nthe replacement of all four tires.\nDenial Reason: There is no evidence to prove that the unknown piece of metal is from\nthe recent work completed on Prospect Avenue. The recent work consisted of traffic\nstriping paint for the crosswalk, and it is unlikely that the unknown piece of metal came\nfrom this work.
