12. Public Hearing Regarding Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual Action Plan. Staff\nrecommends that the Mayor and City Council approve the Final 2024-25\nAnnual Action Plan and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ndocuments required for submission of this Plan for CDBG and HOME\nFunds to the United States Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment. Staff also recommends that the Mayor and City Council\nauthorize staff to make changes to funding allocations as described in this\nstaff report once the final 2024 entitlement grants are announced by HUD.
