14. Renewal of the City's services contract with Los Angeles County\nDepartment of Animal Care and Control (DACC).\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Approve the contract renewal and authorize the Mayor, City Clerk\nand City Attorney to execute the agreement.\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $911,754 among\nthe General Fund (#100) Gas Tax Fund (#240 and ARPA Fund\n(#275) and include in the FY 2024-25 budget.\n3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to inform DACC of the Cityâs\nintention to renew the contract.
