Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CWE for\nConstruction Management and Inspection Services for City Project No.\nCIP 21-198 Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture Project It is\nStaff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with CWE in the\namount of $964,697.00; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with\nCWE for construction management and inspection services of the\nCity of Baldwin Park’s Barnes Park Project.
